Application of insulation materials for various parts of industrial cement plants:
1. Rotary kiln (core high-temperature part)
External kiln shell, kiln body heat dissipation and insulation, kiln hood, kiln tail smoke chamber
Rotary kiln shell: nano aerogel felt+ceramic fiber blanket composite insulation; Old projects often use ceramic fiber blankets. The high temperature and large rotational vibration of the cylinder require anti vibration, low thermal conductivity, and reduced heat dissipation of the cylinder.

4. Waste heat power generation system (AQC boiler, SP boiler)
Location: Boiler wall, flue, steam pipeline, inlet and outlet flue of dust collector
Flue shell: ceramic fiber blanket+calcium silicate board; High temperature section can be matched with nano aerogel felt to reduce thickness.
Steam pipeline: Calcium silicate pipe shell, rock wool pipe shell (priority given to microporous calcium silicate pipe shell for high-temperature steam pipelines).
5. Grinding System (Raw Material Grinding, Cement Grinding)
Grinding machine hot air duct: calcium silicate board, rock wool board, ceramic fiber blanket;
Grinding outlet, hot air circulation pipeline, medium temperature, with a focus on preventing shell burns from high temperatures.
6. Dust collector, fan casing
High temperature bag filter shell and high temperature fan shell: ceramic fiber blanket+calcium silicate board, with color steel plate outer protection for the shell.
7. Various thermal pipelines
High temperature flue gas pipeline: ceramic fiber blanket+calcium silicate board
Steam pipeline: microporous calcium silicate pipe shell, rock wool pipe shell
