Classification of Ceramic Fiber Paper:
According to the usage temperature, ceramic fiber paper is divided into two types: 1260 ℃ type and 1400 ℃ type;
According to the usage function, it is divided into "B" type, "HB" type, and "H" type.
B-type ceramic fiber paper is made from standard or high alumina dispersed sprayed fibers as raw materials. After being beaten, slag removed, and blended, it is processed into lightweight fiber paper with soft and elastic texture by a long web machine. The "B" type ceramic fiber paper has low thermal conductivity and excellent strength for use. Due to its uniform structure, it has isotropic thermal conductivity and a smooth surface. B-type ceramic fiber paper is mainly used as a high-temperature insulation material.
The fiber raw materials and production process used in "HB" type ceramic fiber paper are the same as those used in "B" type ceramic fiber paper, but the types and amounts of binders and additives used are different. "HB" type ceramic fiber paper specially adds flame retardants and smoke suppressants, which will not produce organic combustion and smoke even when used at low temperatures. The "HB" type ceramic fiber paper has a uniform surface and a crisp texture, but its softness, elasticity, and tensile strength are slightly lower than those of the "B" type ceramic fiber paper. It is usually used as an isolation and insulation material.
H-shaped ceramic fiber paper is a rigid fiber paper made from cotton pulp prepared from standard ceramic fibers, inert fillers, inorganic binders, and other additives, and processed by a long web machine. Its excellent performance makes "H" - shaped ceramic fiber paper an ideal product to replace asbestos cardboard. H-shaped ceramic fiber paper is easy to process, flexible, and has excellent high-temperature compressive strength. It is an ideal sealing and lining material.
