Description
The raw materials used for high alumina ceramic fiberboard are hard clay clinker, pyrophyllite, and alumina silica powder. The raw materials are heated and melted at high temperatures, and fiber cotton is made through spraying and spinning processes. Then, high alumina ceramic fiberboard is made by needle punching, heat setting, longitudinal and transverse cutting, and rolling.
High alumina ceramic fiber board itself has a high alumina content, and its operating temperature can reach 1260 ℃, therefore it has strong high temperature resistance.
High alumina ceramic fiber board has high strength, and its service life is also improved due to its high strength.
High alumina ceramic fiber board has a very low thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity of only 0.22w/mk at 1000 ℃, which can effectively reduce heat conduction and loss, thus having a good insulation effect.
The interior of high alumina ceramic fiber board is composed of ceramic fibers, which can effectively reduce the transmission of sound and have good sound absorption and insulation performance.
High alumina ceramic fiber board is easy to construct, with fiber components inside, making it convenient for cutting and bending during construction without causing damage to fragments.
