50mm thick PLUS blanket ceramic fiber blanket (1260 type) product introduction. PLUS blanket is an upgraded ceramic fiber blanket specially launched by Rosewool Insulation Refractory Co.,Ltd. for high-temperature equipment. The 50mm thickness is a commonly used specification for insulation of industrial kilns and boiler pipelines.
PLUS blanket is made from carefully selected gemstones, melted at a high temperature of over 1600 ℃, spun into fibers by high-speed centrifugal spinning, reinforced by double-sided needle punching, and heat-treated. Compared with ordinary aluminum silicate needle punched blankets, PLUS blankets have achieved breakthroughs in the following key indicators:
