Installation sequence: First install the furnace top module, then install the furnace wall; The furnace wall module is installed from the bottom upwards.
Specific operation process of ceramic fiber module:
Preparation before installation: Remove the module from the packaging and screw the guide rod onto the screw
Module in place: Align the center hole of the module with the guide rod and push it vertically into close contact with the furnace wall panel
Tighten the nut: Use a special wrench to drive the nut along the guide rod and tighten it onto the bolt. Be careful not to twist too hard, leave some room for expansion
Handling the guide tube: After installing a row of modules, extract the guide tube and use a wooden board to compact the holes left behind
Dismantling the packaging: Cut off the module straps, extract the central plastic tube, and allow the module to expand naturally
Install compensation blanket: Compress and lay the compensation blanket between two rows of modules (non compression direction) as required to prevent gaps caused by high temperature shrinkage.
