By adding 15-17% zirconia (ZrO ₂) to the formula, the classification temperature can reach 1430 ℃, and it can work stably for a long time in an environment of 1350 ℃. Its temperature resistance is nearly 200 ℃ higher than that of ordinary 1260 ℃ blankets, providing sufficient safety redundancy for extreme working conditions in electrolytic cells.
PLUS blanket is specifically designed for high temperature, long-term heating, anti shrinkage, anti dust, and anti electrolytic flue gas corrosion conditions on the side, top, busbar, and flue of electrolytic aluminum electrolytic cells.
