Our Solution

To address these challenges, we recommended a composite solution using our 128 kg/m³ ceramic fiber board. The installation process involved sandwiching the ceramic fiber board between gypsum boards to create a robust and lightweight fire-resistant barrier. Additionally, fire-resistant expansion boards treated with intumescent paint were incorporated to enhance fire resistance.

Installation Process
