In 1982, the company was established in Xinmi City, Henan Province. This location is about 30 kilometers from the middle section of Zhengzhou-Linshi Road, enjoying unique geographical advantages. It is rich in mineral resources and has a complex network of transportation links, providing a solid foundation for the company's subsequent development.

1982 - 1990: The technological foundation period. We introduced the production technology of ceramic fibers and developed processes such as the melt spinning method.

The team participated in the domestication project of refractory materials for the second phase of Baosteel's construction, and developed the first generation of 1260℃ standard ceramic fiber blankets.

The first all-electric melting furnace production line has been completed, with an annual production capacity of 120 tons.

Established a 1,000-square-meter factory for innovative ceramic fiber products in Xinmi, Henan Province ("The Capital of Refractory Materials in China"), specializing in the production of ceramic fiber blankets.

International layout: Obtained ASTM C892 (American standard) and BS 3958 (British standard) certifications. The first export order was to Vietnam (for industrial furnace lining project).

The company has reached an important development stage and has resolutely invested over ten million yuan to build an automated production line for molding materials with modern standards. The completion of this production line is of great significance, directly driving a leapfrog growth in the company's production scale, from the original annual output of 40,000 tons to a staggering 90,000 tons. The increase in production capacity has greatly enhanced the company's competitiveness in the market and created conditions for meeting the needs of more customers. The Zhengzhou Tianzhong Thermal Insulation Materials Co., Ltd. was established to handle the import and export business of thermal insulation materials, refractory materials, and related technologies.

Collaborated with research institutions such as Luoyang Refractory Materials Research Institute, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and China Building Materials Research Institute, and began to conduct more types of refractory material research.

Technical upgrade and certification breakthrough: Obtained ISO 9001 quality management system certification and independently developed the "low slag ball content formula" (slag ball rate ≤ 10%, superior to the national standard by 15%).

The asbestos-free high-temperature resistant calcium silicate products have passed the inspection of the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Fire-resistant Materials. Their performance exceeds the Japanese industrial standards.

Won the bid for the insulation project of the Saudi PETROLINE oil pipeline.

Established Henan Jinnaite Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd., to carry out services, development, consultation, communication, transfer, promotion, research and development of new materials, manufacturing of insulation and soundproof materials, and sales of insulation and soundproof materials, etc.

Four 30-cubic-meter reaction tanks, two 1,000-ton hydraulic presses and eight 60-meter tunnel-type drying kilns have been constructed. The annual production capacity of calcium silicate products is 40,000 cubic meters, that of aluminum silicate products is 80,000 cubic meters, and that of nano-insulation products is 80,000 cubic meters. The products are exported to more than 20 countries including the United States, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe, covering industries such as power, metallurgy, cement, glass, and ceramics.
